Now, the keyboard cowl (plastic surrounding the keyboard) must be removed. Underneath the laptop you will have to
take away 3 screws.
Subsequent, flip the computer prime-aspect up, and open it so far as possible. Be extraordinarily careful when removing the keyboard
cover. The quilt could be very fragile. Fastidiously pry up the keyboard cover (proven beneath in purple spotlight), disengaging the
tabs on the quilt from the computer.
A small screwdriver might support in eradicating this cover. Watch out as the plastic may be very soft and dents easily.
Now, the power button board will still be linked to the motherboard so lean the keyboard cowl again in the direction of the
liquid crystal display show to access the keyboard screws.
Now, remove the 2 screws on the keyboard, then pull up on the keyboard and rest it on its face to gain access to the
keyboard information cable.
This final step is unlocking the keyboard cable from the motherboard. To do that, lift up on the white lockdown clip
and remove the cable.
