Nintendo DSi Motherboard Manual Replacement Guide

OVERVIEW
A guide to replace the base plate of the Nintendo DSi.
Step 1 – battery
Loosen the two captive screws from the battery Panel and lift the Panel off.
Step 2
Place a spudger (or nail) on the top of the battery (about the L key) and lift to remove the battery.
Step 3: Assembly of small

The connector is of two parts – a piece of white ‘man’ (connected cables) and a part of ‘woman’ beige (soldier to the base plate).
There is a small “notch” on the female side, to give you a place to insert a flat head screwdriver. Place the corner of your driver there and gently rotate to lift the white part (far main map). Do not try to pull it to the right (to the map of the batteries). If not release easily, use a small screwdriver. You could pull the base of the plateau, which is difficult to repair.
Step 11 – Cables motherboard
If you don’t have it already does, disconnect the Ribbon wires under – LCD on the main card by looks up the black latches and pulling the cord on the side. Remove the 4 screws from the Board. Lift the bottom main panel and turn it over to reveal the last connector. Save the file from the master card quite narrow, taking care not to damage the last cable that hold in place.
Step 13
Disconnect the ribbon cable gently using a tool to open the plastic lift the latch on the black connector. The cable must slide easily
