OVERVIEW
If you want that the brain surgery? This guide to replace the logic board.
Step 1 – rear
Place the side of the screen iMac on a flat surface. Loosen the three screws that hold the back of the iMac. These screws are captive in the iMac. The screw will stop turning after about 3.5 rounds and external screw will stop turning after about 5.5 revolutions. Do not try to remove these screws from the iMac.
Step 2
Lift the back slightly at the bottom of the iMac.
Pull the back toward you and remove it from the iMac.
Step 3: RAM
Turn each legs retention far chip RAM of RAM memory.
Remove the RAM chip quickly from its socket. Repeat this process for other RAM chip. Make sure that the arms of the RAM are completely turned away from the outlet of the RAM before you reinstall RAM chips.
Step 4: Optical drive
Remove the three 8 mm brass Phillips screws securing the optical drive to the plate.
Step 5
Lift the optical drive near the logic board connector. Lift the end free optical drive far enough to clear the fan cover. The free end of the optical drive from lifting too breakable flange plastic bolts of placement.
Slightly lift the free end of the optical drive, then pull away from the edge of the back box to remove two plastic pins positioning. Lift the optical drive for iMac. When you reinstall the optical drive, you may need to set Bezel attached to the open end of the unit’s placement of the pins plastic molded into the flange of the iMac and pull on the side of the connector from the unit to the outside of the rear box, unfold slightly, to properly seat the connector.
Step 6: power supply
Phillips turn the Central screw at the bottom of the iMac in a clockwise direction until it back contacts of the clamp on the edge of the box. In our specific machine, the threaded part of the clip is detached from the body of the clamp causing the Central screw of the Tower without moving the bracket. If your machine is broken like ours, go to the next step.
Step 7
While pressing the latch of the connector, insert the flat end of a spudger resistant to the difference between the power connector and the socket. Turn the resistant spudger to slightly separate the connector from your power supply. It will be necessary to work on the other sides until the connector is free. Your diet can have a cable plugged ambient light sensor of the power supply to the logic board. If so, carefully use a spudger to remove the cable
using alternately toward you on the side of the cable to help you slide.
Step 8
Pull the power connector immediately its decision of
the logic board. This step is very simple if you removed the power first.
Step 9
Remove three Phillips screws that will ensure the supply of the
chassis. Three screws are captive in the diet. To aid in the removal, it may be useful raise the Central screw a little away from the plate.
Step 10
There are several capacitors mounted on the logic in the immediate vicinity of power. Try not to disturb them, because they are fragile and can break the seal.
The supply of each side of the bucket and turn its top toward you until you pass the logic board. Lift the plate supply. Power requires a lot of force to remove. You may need to slightly bend the edge of the front of the housing you free enough space to cut the power.
Step 11: The logical adapter
Disconnect the cable from the hard disk the hard disk temperature sensor

Step 16
Disconnect the data cable SATA connector by pulling up out of the logic board.
Step 17
Disconnect the two fans ripping off its connectors facing up the logic board. The larger of the two fans closer to the top edge of the logical adapter connects. In the model of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, the greatest fan connector is attached by a clip. Press the clip with care remove the plug.
Step 18
Slide the cable connector from the inverter to the screen under the metal clip in the median plane.
Step 19
Disconnect the cable from the inverter to the screen connector by pulling the
immediately from its socket.
Step 20
Delete simple 8 mm brass screws Phillips inverter to the logic board. Lift the inverter by bolts from the logic board. Be sure to lift the inverter upwards out of the logic board, as the connector pins are very long and easily bent. If the pins bend during removal, use the connector on the inverter as a guide to bend them straight.
Step 21
Disconnect the cable reverse the logic card by pulling upwards from its socket.
Step 22
-Route the cable channel inverter connector in the
logical adapter. Lift the inverter away from the median plane and set aside.
Skip this step if you are a model of ALS; This part is not present.
Step 23
The connectors were removed the next steps over long ankle slides connected to the logic board. Don’t forget to pull the upper part of the logic card only to avoid bending of the pins. If you bend the legs at the time of the withdrawal, use connectors as a guide to bend them back. Use the tip of a spudger to lift your bottom speaker edge on top of the logic board cable connector.
Step 24
Insert the tip of a spudger into the center hole drilled in the side of the lower fan connector. With the spudger still inserted, raise the bottom connector logical map fan. The connector on the cable of the speaker is connected to the nearest power pins. This is the only connector with four children. The microphone cable is connected to pins away from the power supply and is the only connector with a dark orange thread.
Step 25
Use the tip of a spudger to lift the microphone wires long enough to enter

iPhone 3G and 3GS Volume Button (1)
OVERVIEW
This guide allows the cover of plastic volume, not the electronic volume buttons
the switches themselves.
Step 1 – battery
Remove the two screws from 3.7 mm socket Phillips #00
end of the iPhone.
Step 2
Remove the metal and the handle. It is easier and safer to hold on to the base of the Cup instead of the metal handle. Be very careful when opening the iPhone so don’t break the wires under the screen. There is a rubber between the facade silver
bezel and black screen Assembly. A little force is necessary in this
step away from the iPhone screen. Use a small cup beside the Start button to gently pull the bottom of the whole of the iPhone screen. If the screen is too damaged to allow the suction cup, the tape can be used with adhesive tape and glue strong.
Step 3
Screen is still connected to the iPhone by several cables, then do not attempt to remove completely the immediate. Turn the screen until it forms an angle of approximately 45 degrees.
Step 4
They continue to hold the screen with one hand and use the other hand and a spudger to disconnect the black cable marked ’1′. (Cable 1 is for display) Be sure to insert the spudger from left to right, as shown in the image (such as tape). If you try to lift the right tape, you may damage the tape
Connector and the need to replace the screen! All connectors except the
Ribbon connector had mentioned in step 6 exit upwards.
Step 5
Screen rotation until it is almost vertical. This will allow easier access to disconnect the remaining wires.
Use a spudger to disconnect the black wire marked ’2′.
(2 Cable is for capacitive touch screen)
Step 6
Please note: you will find in some versions of not-American (Chinese, European) 3 g that they return the plastic tab does not exist. In this case slide the ribbon cable to the screen until it is removed. When you assemble it, apply pressure to the
Ribbon to insert the tape “socket”. Some iPhones may have the reverse connector colors (black, white plastic connector tab) for the connector «3». Make sure that you’re flipping upwards on the tab
correctly, otherwise you may damage the connector. Use a spudger to lift the white plastic tab now ’3′ water instead. The white tab rotates 90 degrees, to release the ribbon cable.
Drag the black cable to its connector and remove the

Step 10
Use a spudger to disconnect the cable labeled “6.” If you have a 3 g iPhone, refer to the second image and use a spudger to disconnect the cable labeled “7.”
Step 11
Carefully Peel up the small sticker label “remove.”
Step 12
Remove the 8 screws following: five 2.3 mm partial safety of the screw thread #00 Phillips of the logic board to the new box. Two 2.3 mm Phillips #00 screws with thread full ensuring the logic board and the Chamber. 2.9 Mm Phillips #00 screws under the label “do not remove”. Note to reassemble: screw that goes along with the camera (right bottom screw Orange highlighted) also has a metal band that holds the camera in place. Don’t forget to replace this band
in place before inserting the 2.3 mm Phillips #00 screws with full
wire close to the camera
Step 13
Use a spudger to lift carefully upwards and out of the House Chamber in the
the back of the housing. The camera can be removed completely, but because that is connected at the bottom of the logic board.Step 14
Use a spudger to gently lift from the nearest end of the logical path
the dock dock connector. Is a small golden land on the map tab logic adjacent to the “do not remove label. Beware of do not hang on the side of the box when the eyes to the top of the logic board; It breaks easily. If you have signal problems after removing the logic board, check this tab of the Earth. If the jury is lift,
Check to make sure that all screws securing the system board are removed.
Step 15
Drag the logic board to the connector dock and customers of the
iPhone. When overriding the logical adapter after installing the battery, connect the device to the logic board beforeinsert ing in the case. Then åke course to fix the upper part of the logic card (where is the SIM tray) in place before spending the rest of the Board of Directors in place. It is important, since sometimes the SIM card slot snap into place. Once up, the bottom can be manipulated in place. You know that logical adapter is correctly installed when the SIM tray is aligned with the opening for the camera and iPhone module seats perfectly into place.
Step 16
Use a spudger to the battery on the back cover. The battery is secured with tape around the perimeter of the battery. To prevent the battery during the bending process, we do not recommend the use of only the plastic tab.
* Note: Remove the battery is not necessary to replace the
GPS antenna. Gives you more space simply to eliminate the
Assembly of headset (which is also not necessary to completely remove).
IPhone battery is attached to the rear box with a soft xdhesive. This released adhesive usually connected to the battery. If the replacement battery already includes a tape, that’s all. If your replacement battery isn’t an adherent, he wishes you to transfer your old battery of new adhesive. You can use a hair dryer or a heat gun at their lowest level
adjust to heat the back part of the nacelle. This will help to loosen the
before use the spudger bonding to separate battery
from the bottom of the housing.
Remove step 17 – Headphone Jack
the two Phillips #00 flange fastening screws switch. For replacement, check the bump on the switch. There is a small piece of plastic stuck inside the button that can come with cleaning. Without a spacer, the button not can extend far enough to be depressed. If you lose, you can measure with a suitable thickness of rigid plastic (e.g. top shirt box).
Step 18
Carefully Peel the Orange cable of the back cover.
Water damaged easily – very soft.
Step 19
Remove the 4 screws following: three 1.8 mm recessed #00 ensure the headphone socket and a GPS antenna to box again. Note the order in which you remove screws, as the left has a slightly larger head. A 3.8 mm Phillips #00 screw into the plastic buckle close the headphone output.
Step 20
Phillips remove four screws #00 set the volume and the ‘secret’. The mounting of the volume switch is located in the upper part of the ‘secret’ key. Make sure that the small soft cushion in the “secret” key is not lost, otherwise the ‘secret’ key will remain very freely after re-Assembly.
The ‘secret’ key bolts with switch
in the off position. Check extrusion of the switch when you change, because enough does not adhere to work if the switch Assembly is positioned incorrectly. (Check clearance between the frame of the switch and bezel (white gap between the two screws near the 6). The screw located on the extreme right is slightly longer than the other 3 screws. When you reassemble the phone, take it into account.
Step 21
Lift circuit volume button on the side of the iPhone and carefully Peel the Orange cable of the back cover. The cable is fine and easily damaged.
Step 22
Carefully lift the connector of the iPhone headphones. Mute switch green down (toward the back of the iPhone) in silent position. This will make it easier to insert, once the new mute button is in place.

In the inclusion of the new Assembly, ensure that holes remains above the holes in the bezel.
Step 26
In the following steps, you partly remove the silver bezel attached on the back. If the residual glue is not enough to keep together for reassembly, it may be necessary to apply a light layer of glue around the inside edge of the bezel to maintain
It is protected against the back. Insert the edge of a tool to open the iPod in the gap between the silver bezel and the facade of the side volume key on the telephone. Run on the edge of the cut along the seam tool to separate the two components. The aim is to lift silver bezel enough to push button volume on back cover.
Step 27
Once they have erected enough bezel silver to release the volume button, use the edge of the opening tool to press the volume button towards the inside of the back panel. Delete the volume knob.
